Profile Information: We may collect basic profile information (like your name, email address, and profile avatar) when you register via Google to personalize your experience and secure your account.

Payment Data: To process your reward payouts, we may collect payout-related information (like UPI ID or Phone Pay, Google Pay). We do not collect credit card numbers or banking passwords.

Device Information: We collect non-personal device identifiers (such as Device ID, OS version, Network Type, and IP Address) to optimize app performance and enforce anti-cheat mechanisms.

2. Data Usage

Managing your account, tracking your gaming progress, and maintaining your reward (coin) balances.

Fairness & Verification: Verifying mission completions fairly, detecting fraudulent activities (like VPN usage, emulators, or rooting), and ensuring that actual human users are rewarded properly.

Service Improvement: Improving our app services, fixing crashes, and enhancing user interfaces based on usage patterns.

Communication: Sending you critical app updates, payout status, and promotional offers via push notifications or email.

3. Third-Party Services (Ads and Analytics)

CashWin is a free app, and we rely on advertising to fund our rewards. We work with trusted partners for ads and analytics (like Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Facebook Audience Network, and Firebase Analytics).

Advertising Identifiers: Our ad partners may collect your device's Advertising ID (AAID) to provide relevant, personalized ads and measure their performance.

Analytics: Tools like Firebase help us track crash reports and user interactions to make the app smoother.

Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of personalized advertising by resetting your Advertising ID in your device's Google Account Settings.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We comply fully with Google Play's Data Deletion Policy. We retain your data only for as long as you have an active account with us. 

How to Delete Your Data: You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated personal information at any time directly within the CashWin app by navigating to Settings -> App Data -> Delete Account. Upon doing so, your data will be permanently wiped from our active servers within 30 days.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure server architectures to protect your information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. While we strive to protect your personal data, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

CashWin is an earning platform and is not intended for use by children under the age of 18  in certain jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that data immediately.
