Welcome to CashWin! By downloading, accessing, or using the CashWin mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.
1. General App Usage
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of your country) to enter and use CashWin. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use. Selling, renting, or sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
2. Rewards and Virtual Currency (Coins)
CashWin provides virtual currency commonly referred to as "Coins" which can be earned by performing various tasks like playing games, spinning the wheel, scratching cards, and referring friends.
No Real Monetary Value: Coins accrued inside the App hold no real-world monetary value until they are successfully redeemed through the official payout section.
Non-Transferable: Coins cannot be transferred between different user accounts.
Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change the reward amounts, payout conversion ratios, and withdrawal minimums at any given time without prior notice.
3. Disclaimer: Not a Gambling Application
CashWin is strictly a reward-based entertainment app. We do not offer "Real Money Gambling" or any opportunities to win real money through chance-based betting. All features within the App are purely free-to-play. Users are never asked to deposit real money to participate in any games. Google Inc., Apple Inc., PayPal, and other payout providers are NOT sponsors of, nor are they affiliated in any way with CashWin or its rewards.
4. Anti-Cheat and Account Banning Policy (Strictly Enforced)
To provide a fair environment for all genuine players, we employ severe anti-cheat algorithms. Your account will be permanently BANNED and all accumulated coins will be FORFEITED if you engage in any of the following activities:
VPNs and Proxies: Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or Proxies to spoof your location, view unauthorized ads, or manipulate task geo-restrictions.
Auto-Clickers & Bots: Utilizing scripts, bots, emulators, or auto-clicker software to bypass timers or farm coins automatically.
Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account on a single physical device, or tampering with the device ID to recreate accounts.
Fake Referrals: Referring yourself using emulators, or generating fake/bot traffic to manipulate the referral reward system.
Rooted/Jailbroken Devices: Using devices modified at the OS level to bypass security metrics.
We hold the absolute final decision regarding account bans. Once an account is disabled for cheating, it will not be recovered under any circumstances.
5. Payouts and Withdrawals
We aim to process all legitimate payout requests as quickly as possible. However, please note the following conditions:
Verification: Every payout request passes through an automated and manual fraud-check system. If your account is flagged for suspicious activity, your payout will be rejected.
Processing Time: Depending on the payment gateway, withdrawals usually take between 7 to 14 working days. Weekends and public holidays may cause minor delays.
Accurate Details: It is your responsibility to provide correct payout details (UPI, Wallet ID, Email). We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address provided by the user.
6. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of any significant changes via the App's notification system. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
